Wow! Nice and nicely captured. When I was up there all I saw was clouds, clouds and more clouds!
But then again clouds are nice too, specially when you are looking at them from above...feels like you are in heaven :D
Perfect entry for skywatch... all I can say is that "you'll be the sun in somebody else's sky"...LoL! Mine's up too hope you can drop by...
I have worked my tail off trying to capture this effect in oil paintings. The smooth brushes and glazing techniques I used when the only scents I smelled were of turpentine and linseed oil and cigarettes.
Thankfully those days are over or I would still be struggling with paints and brushes while the rest of the world are pointing and shooting digital cameras and in seconds come up with the things we had all struggled for.
Wow.
I think this is the best Sky Watch Friday yet. The things I have seen are very encouraging and the photography is spot on.
I really admire your photography choices and your critical eye for composition, lighting and texture.

Beautiful scene. Looks almost like it could have come out of the Smokey Mountains in the US with all the haze hanging around.
